Sapphire Blue Cameo Jewelry Set

Jewelry set with necklace and earrings in antique gold. The centerpiece of the necklace is a handmade sapphire blue glass jewel with a carved silhouette of a Roman lady. This lovely cameo jewel is set in an Art Deco inspired pronged setting. The earrings are made of smaller glass jewels in the same sapphire blue color and they have settings wich are exactly alike the setting in the necklace, only a little bit smaller.

The necklace, including all ornaments, is 45cm (about 17.7") plus an extension of 10cm (about 3.9") that ends with a small filigree bead and it has a lobster claw clasp. The chain in this necklace is in Victorian style with links that are square in shape rather than oval. A beautiful and rather unusual chain.

The earrings are for pierced ears and they have lever back hooks adorned with small seashells. The hooks not included, the earrings are about 25mm (1") long.
