Payment (Swedish Customers)
The easiest way to pay for your items is via the Swedish Bankgiro. You will get the account number in your emailed invoice. You can also choose to pay in cash when you come to pick up your items, either at our shop or at an agreed upon time and place. These options work fine if you live in Sweden.

Payment (International Customers)
From international customers we only accept payment via PayPal. Please contact us about which address to use. If you do not have a PayPal account or know what it is, you can read more about PayPal by clicking here.

Prices
All prices are in Swedish kronor. On our English pages, the prices are in American dollars. Please contact us if you wish to pay in Euros or in some other currency.

Delivery (Swedish Customers)
If you live in Stockholm, you can, if you want, come to us to collect you items at an agreed upon time. Or we can deliver it to you after having agreed upon a time and place.

Normally, we will send your items by ordinary mail. The cheapest way to send your order by mail within Sweden, is two stamps. We will then send your items in a padded envelope and wrapped in plastic. We can also send your order as a package.

The safest way of delivery is by registered mail. At the time of writing, March 2008, that costs 50 SEK within Sweden. You then get a dispatch note the next day. Registered mail is insured for at the most 5,000 SEK.

We are sorry but we cannot accept responsibility for items sent by non registered mail.

It is your choice how you want us to send your items and you who pay the delivery charges. We will not charge you anything for packing or handling your items, we will only charge you for the actual cost of freight.

Delivery (International Customers)
If you live abroad, please contact us for shipping charges to your country. Normally, we will send your items by ordinary mail and in a padded envelope. We can also send your items as a package.

The safest way of delivery is by registered mail. Please contact us for charges for registered mail to your country.

Sorry, we do not accept responsibility for items sent by non registered mail.

Time of Delivery
Normally, we will send your package within at the most five weekdays.

Out of Stock Items
At the time you order an item, that same item can also be ordered by another customer. We will then go by first-come-first-served and let the time of the orders decide.

Cancelling a Purchase
If you are a Swedish customer, you can according to the Swedish distance selling laws (of the 1st of July 2009) cancel your purchase and return your items within 14 days, without having to tell us why. You must, however, let us know you want to cancel your purchase and intend to return an item before actually doing so. We will then send you a return number with which you must mark the return delivery. We do not accept returned items not so marked. If you do return all, or part of, a delivery, we will refund what you have paid for the returned items. You will pay all shipping charges for returned items. You will, of course, return an item unused and in its original packing material. You will accept responsibility for any damage, occurring during transport, to a returned item.

Exemptions from Cancelling a Purchase
Many of our jewelry and gift items are made according to a customer's detailed specifcation, for instance all handpainted items made by request. When purchasing such an item, the Swedish customer is not covered by the laws mentioned above, such an order, made in writing by email, can not be cancelled. Such an order is always binding.

Complaints
If we deliver the wrong number of items, the wrong item or a faulty item, please let us know as soon as possible so we can correct any mistakes. The simplest way of doing so, is by returning to us the order sheet we have sent you by email and then also letting us know what the problem is. You will pay all shipping charges for returned items, and if we deem your complaint valid, you will be reimbursed for shipping costs. You will accept responsibility for any damage, occurring during transport, to a returned item. If we deem your complaint valid, you will be reimbursed by either getting the correct item or an unfaulty item, by getting the faulty item repaired by us or by us cancelling the purchase and reimbursing you for all expenses.

If an item and/or its packing is visibly damaged when you are to recieve it, you should not accept it and immediately report the damage to a representative of your local Post Office.
